This Privacy Policy explains how Casa Intel — a sole proprietorship operated by Xavier Morales in Arizona, USA ("we", "us", "our") — collects and handles information on this website (the "Site").
Two different things, kept separate: this policy covers the Site — people who visit, fill in a form, or use the chat. The Casa Intel platform that our clients log into is governed by a separate product Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum; ask us for those.
Information you give us. When you submit a form or talk to the chat assistant, we collect what you provide: your name, email, phone number, brokerage, and the answers you choose to share about your business (the tools you use, what you're looking for, your timeline, and a meeting time you pick). The content of your chat conversation with our assistant is collected and stored.

We do not knowingly use session-replay recording, advertising pixels, or third-party chat vendors that would receive your conversation.
We rely on your submission of a form or chat (you're asking us to contact you) and our legitimate interest in running the Site. We do not sell your personal information.
Our chat assistant is a real assistant, not a demo. Your conversation is recorded and stored so we can follow up and improve the Site, and it is saved into our own systems, not handed to a third-party chat vendor. Please don't share anything you wouldn't want kept.
We don't sell your information and share it only with providers that help us run the Site, each bound by their own data-protection terms:
We keep website inquiry and chat data only as long as needed to follow up and for our records, then delete or anonymize it. Analytics data follows the provider's standard retention.
The Site and Casa Intel are for real-estate professionals and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS), the Site sits behind Cloudflare, and our servers are firewalled. No method is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
We may update this Policy; the effective date above will change and material updates will be posted here.
